1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and all applicable SEBI and AMFI regulations.
2. Nature of Services
Abhishek Sharma is an AMFI-Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-96461) distributing Regular Plans of Mutual Fund schemes, with recommendations made on an advisory basis incidental to distribution. The Distributor is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. Information on this website is general in nature.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) providing accurate and complete information; (b) completing KYC before investing; (c) reading all scheme-related documents before investing; (d) keeping your login credentials confidential; (e) reporting any unauthorised access immediately; and (f) informing the Distributor of changes in your personal details, income or risk appetite.
4. No Guaranteed Returns
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. The Distributor does not guarantee any return or capital protection. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.
5. Commission
The Distributor receives trail commission from AMCs for distributing Regular Plans. The commission is part of the scheme’s Base Expense Ratio (BER) and does not increase your cost. No separate fee is charged to investors. Details are on the Commission Disclosure page. Transactions are processed through BSE STAR MF, a platform of the Stock Exchange.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your data is handled as per the Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos and design elements on this website belong to the Distributor. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
8. Third-Party Links
External links are provided for convenience. The Distributor does not control or endorse external websites and is not responsible for their content.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Distributor makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, and accepts no liability for any damages or losses in connection with the use of, or reliance on, this website or the services described on it.
10. Grievance Redressal

Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the concerned AMC / RTA, then SEBI SCORES (https://scores.sebi.gov.in/) and SMART ODR (https://smartodr.in/).
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in practice or law. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website or the services described on it.
