Your Rights as an Investor
- Receive full and correct information about every scheme, including its Riskometer and risks, before investing.
- Know how the Distributor earns, through the Commission Disclosure on this website and at the office.
- Receive transaction confirmations and a Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) from the AMC / RTA.
- Obtain a copy of your risk profile at any time, on request.
- Invest in Direct Plans directly with AMCs, at a lower expense ratio, without any distributor.
- Have your personal data protected as per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Have complaints acknowledged within 3 working days and resolved within 15 working days, with escalation to the AMC / RTA, SEBI SCORES and SMART ODR.
Your Obligations as an Investor
- Complete KYC before investing and keep it updated.
- Provide accurate information about your income, goals and risk appetite, and inform the Distributor when they change.
- Read all scheme-related documents before investing.
- Invest only through your own bank account and never in cash.
- Never share OTPs, PINs or passwords with anyone, including the Distributor.
- Register nomination in every folio.
- Review account statements and report any mismatch immediately.
