1. Privacy Commitment

Abhishek Sharma (ARN-96461), AMFI-Registered Mutual Fund Distributor, is committed to maintaining the privacy, confidentiality and security of personal information collected from investors and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared and protected, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SEBI Master Circular for Mutual Funds dated 20-Mar-2026 and the data-sharing principles under the AMFI Master Circular for MFDs dated 14-Jan-2026.

2. Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to every person who interacts with the Distributor through this website, or during client onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, risk profiling and Mutual Fund transaction processing. It also binds every employee and service provider authorised to access or process client information. By engaging with the Distributor or using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described here.

3. Information We Collect

Personal details: name, address, date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar (for KYC), mobile number, email ID, bank account details, nomination details and investment preferences.

Financial details: income range, existing investments, risk profile responses, investment horizon, goals and transaction history.

KYC documents: PAN copy, Aadhaar copy, address proof, photograph, cancelled cheque or bank statement, FATCA/CRS self-certification and, for non-individual investors, UBO details.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and cookies when you visit the website.

We do not collect data that is not needed for Mutual Fund distribution and regulatory compliance, such as religion, caste or political affiliation.

4. Purpose of Data Collection

Your data is used only for: (a) processing Mutual Fund transactions; (b) completing KYC and meeting SEBI, AMFI and PMLA obligations; (c) risk profiling and suitability assessment; (d) sending transaction confirmations, account statements and service communications; (e) responding to queries, service requests and complaints; (f) regulatory reporting to SEBI, AMFI and other authorities; and (g) improving website functionality. It is not used for any other purpose.

5. Data Sharing Rules

With AMCs and RTAs (CAMS / KFintech): for processing your transactions. This is a regulatory requirement.

With SEBI and AMFI: upon official request or regulatory order.

With AMC / AMFI-appointed auditors: during due diligence or compliance audits.

With KYC Registration Agencies: CAMS KRA, CVL KRA, NDML KRA and CKYC, for KYC verification.

With the Stock Exchange platform: BSE STAR MF, as the transaction platform, for order processing and settlement.

With any other third party: only with your explicit written consent, obtained before any sharing.

Your personal or financial data is never sold, rented or shared with any marketing agency, advertising platform or unrelated third party.

6. Data Storage and Security

Digital records are kept in password-protected systems with restricted access. Physical documents are kept in locked storage at the registered office in Jaipur with restricted access. Employees handling client data sign a confidentiality undertaking. Client data is not stored on personal devices.

7. Data Retention and Disposal

Client records are retained for the periods prescribed under the SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, AMFI guidelines, the PML Rules, 2005 and the Income Tax Act, 1961. After the mandatory retention period, physical records are securely shredded and digital records are permanently deleted, including from backups.

8. Your Rights under DPDPA, 2023

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data held by us; (b) seek correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; (c) seek erasure of your data, subject to regulatory retention requirements; (d) withdraw consent for processing at any time, which may affect our ability to continue services; and (e) approach the Data Protection Board of India if you believe your data rights have been violated.
