About CapitalCure

CapitalCure was built on a simple, slightly stubborn idea: recommendations should start with what the client actually needs — not with what's easiest to sell.

Our story

From a campus placement to an independent practice

Founder Abhishek Sharma began his career in the mutual fund industry in 2009, starting with a campus placement at a mutual fund house, followed by a role at a bank.

It was at the bank that a quieter realization took hold — that the products being pushed weren't always the ones that actually served the client sitting across the table. That gap became the reason he left to build something independent.

Since 2014, Abhishek has worked independently as a Mutual Fund Distributor — the foundation of what became CapitalCure. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), one of the more rigorous professional qualifications in the space.

His approach comes down to honesty: the more openly he understands a client's goals, concerns, and circumstances, the more useful his recommendations can actually be. Investing, he tells clients, is rarely exciting in the moment — it's a long game of patience, discipline, and consistency.

How we work

No rigid client ownership. Both always involved.

There's no rigid client ownership at CapitalCure. Abhishek and Prakhar generally take the lead with the clients they each work most closely with, but both stay involved — for larger or more complex conversations, they often show up together.

What drew Prakhar to CapitalCure wasn't just the opportunity — it was finding a firm that shared the same working approach: understanding a client's situation honestly before recommending anything.

In 2025, CapitalCure reached a point where it needed to grow — and that meant finding someone who shared the same approach, not just someone with the right resume.

Talk → Act → Relax

One process. Both team members. All your goals.

The Talk → Act → Relax process isn't a tagline — it describes how every client relationship actually works. Understand the situation first. Take the right action. Then let it do its job.

  • Understand your goals and situation first
  • Build and implement the right approach
  • Stay invested through volatility with confidence
  • Review and adjust as life changes

Our philosophy

What we believe

Five principles that shape every recommendation we make.

Honesty before business
We're not here to sell products. We're here to recommend what's actually suitable — even when that means recommending less, or recommending you wait.
Understand the client first
Every investor has different goals and a different relationship with risk. A recommendation without that context isn't advice — it's a product pitch.
Wealth is built slowly
Long-term, disciplined investing — not short-term wins. Compounding rewards patience, not timing.
Patience through volatility
Clear communication and reassurance when markets move, not panic. Staying invested through the hard periods is where most of the long-term return comes from.
Personalised, not templated
Recommendations built around your circumstances — your income, your goals, your timeline, your actual risk tolerance. Not a model portfolio applied to everyone.

This is the same philosophy behind CapitalCure's client process — Talk, Act, Relax.
